Editorial Standards
How HairTrendScout sources, reviews, credits, updates, and publishes visual hairstyle stories.

Human-controlled publishing
Source discovery and AI can support research and drafting inside the private admin workspace. They cannot publish. A named editor checks originality, claims, titles, descriptions, image selection, alt text, credits, categories, links, and search metadata before a story goes live.
Originality and source use
Public copy must be newly written for HairTrendScout. Source article prose is not copied or lightly paraphrased. Source URLs and source-modified dates remain private traceability records so editors can investigate provenance and later changes.
Images and creator credits
Each imported image keeps its own source record and visible creator or Instagram credit when available. Images without the required credit are excluded from the import flow. Credit text identifies the creator; it is not presented as proof of ownership or as permission for unrelated redistribution.
Corrections and meaningful updates
Factual, credit, attribution, and image-rights concerns are reviewed promptly. A meaningful update date changes only after a substantive editorial revision; routine scans and metadata checks do not make an old article appear new.
Search and reader trust
Categories are created for readers, not merely for keywords. Thin category archives stay out of search indexes until they contain enough published stories. Titles, summaries, structured data, canonicals, and sitemaps must describe the page that a reader actually receives.
